I sent my GEPRC Cinelog30 V3 to Juan for repair after a crash that caused motor and receiver issues. From the very first message, Juan was incredibly helpful, fast, and professional. His communication was clear and detailed, and he took the time to thoroughly diagnose the problem and offer honest, practical solutions – no upselling, just honest advice.

The repair was done quickly and with great care, including extras like cable protection and antenna fixing, and I received clear instructions for everything I needed to know after the repair. He even recorded a personal video to explain how to use the Crossfire bind pads. That’s above and beyond.
